At Shalom Residence Supported Living, we specialize in providing person-centered care for adults with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and other conditions that may result in behavioral challenges. Our supported living services are CQC registered and regularly inspected, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. We have consistently been rated GOOD in all areas by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), guaranteeing safe, reliable, and high-quality support.

The support plan will comprise of the following
Each tenant will be provided with their own private double bedroom. Each of our bedrooms is well decorated and may be personalised. Some bedrooms are ensuite. We strive to provide our tenants with the responsibility of having a well looked after room to promote their sense of responsibility and ownership. The house has unlimited Wi-Fi and Sky television for our tenants to use in their free time.
Prospective tenants are referred to the organisation by a range of professional workers within the community such as community psychiatric nurse (CPN), social workers, GP’s, psychiatrists, hospitals and day centres.
